Since arriving from Thailand over 25 years ago, Suda has worked in many restaurants perfecting her unique style of Thai cooking. Suda’s first business venture was selling home made specialities through retail outlets and the butchers shop she was based in. The first expansion was a small dining area with a very busy takeaway service that pushed the little kitchen to its limits. As the reputation grew, the inevitable happened, Suda and her family proudly opened the brand new restaurant.
With this quantum leap in size and addition of specially trained Thai chefs, Suda Thai prides itself on keeping the values it started with. They only use the finest vegetables, leanest meats and freshest fish, sourced from local farms and businesses. Speciality herbs and spices are imported from Thailand to provide you with an authentic dining experience.
Whilst using traditional Thai recipes, Suda complements these with her unique brand of cuisine to bring exceptional taste to the menu.
All dishes are individually prepared, ranging from mild to Thai style – very hot. For the more adventurous please let us know and we will be happy to create a dish just for you.
